Almost everyone arrives with an audience and no product. Pick the closest one on the call — we scope it against your business, not a template.
Your programme, drills or lessons in one place, behind a login and a monthly subscription.
Best for
A following, and nothing to sell them between sessions
Sessions booked, reminders sent, no-shows chased and rebooked — without you in the middle of it.
Best for
Losing hours a week to admin and empty slots
The quiz, calculator or plan generator that answers the question your audience keeps asking — then puts the paid fix in front of them.
Best for
The same question, asked a hundred times
The thing they open between sessions to log, track and stay accountable — so your results show up in their data.
Best for
Results that depend on what clients do alone
Already running on Kajabi, Skool or Trainerize? Keep it. We build what it doesn’t do, and the two run side by side.
Something else entirely? That still gets a flat price and a fixed date, quoted on the call.
What we ask
01
Not about software. Who you teach, how they pay you now, and where your time runs out.
What lands in your inbox
02
Within 48 hours: what to build, one fixed price and one delivery date. Neither moves unless you change the scope yourself.
What 14 days looks like
03
Progress as it happens, not a black box that reappears late. You launch with something your members can pay for.
Automatically, no argument. The whole model is built on fixed timelines, so this is the one promise we don’t break.
I worked for 2 years on different projects with Mustaqeez and it was a pleasure. He has the right mentality to accomplish expectations and do even more.
Working with CodeDeskStudio has been amazing for our app development. They understood our needs and delivered a seamless mobile app that exceeded expectations.
We needed a scalable app for our growing business, and CodeDeskStudio went above and beyond. Their expertise was evident in the quality of the final product.
Start where you are. Test the offer on your list first if you want a read on demand. Each stage ships complete, priced flat, on a fixed date.
01 · Test the offer
Put the offer in front of your list and measure who signs up, before you build the whole thing.
02 · Start charging — most requested
One thing your audience opens every week and pays for every month.
03 · Build the platform
The full product your members log into, with everything they pay you for in one place.
Bigger than the Member Platform? It still gets a flat price and a fixed date, quoted individually on the call.
Billing is not a phase two. It is live and tested on the delivery date, along with everything else here. The Offer Test Page is the exception: it measures interest, it does not take payment.
That is the normal starting point here, not a problem. On the call we ask who your audience is, what they already pay you for and where your week runs out — then we come back with what to build, what it costs and when it lands. You are not expected to arrive with a spec, a feature list or a name for it.
No. Nothing we ask on the call is technical: it is all about your business and your members. Hosting, billing, app store submission and the accounts are set up for you, and you get a handover doc written for someone who does not write code.
A full Member Platform is $6,500 flat. A single Member Tool is $3,500, and an Offer Test Page to gauge demand first is $1,500. Those are total prices agreed before work starts — not deposits, not hourly estimates. Native iOS and Android apps and any add-ons are priced separately and shown to you before you commit to anything.
Five days for an Offer Test Page, seven to ten days for a Member Tool, and fourteen days for a full Member Platform — counted from the day scope and access are confirmed, not from the first conversation. Native apps add around five days for store submission.
You pay 20% less. It is a term written into the contract rather than a goodwill gesture we can withdraw, which is exactly why we scope carefully before putting a date on anything.
No, and we will not ask you to move anything. We are not another place to host your content. We build the thing your platform does not do — the tool, the tracker, the booking flow or the app your members keep asking you for — and it runs alongside whatever you already pay for. Most clients keep their platform and add a product their audience subscribes to separately.
Only if that is the right call for you. Every package includes a responsive web app that works in any phone browser with no install, which is usually the lowest-friction way to get an existing audience paying. Native iOS and Android are a priced add-on for when a home-screen icon, push notifications or offline use genuinely change how often people open it.
Anything inside the original scope is already covered by the flat fee. Anything genuinely new gets a separate quote before we touch it — so your price never moves without your sign-off.
Yes, entirely. Once it's delivered, it's yours to run, sell, or hand to another team — no licensing strings attached.
One thing a member can do. "Book a session" is a feature. "Log a practice and see it on a chart" is a feature. "Book a session and pay for it and reschedule it and get reminders" is closer to two. In build terms that is up to three screens, one data model and standard create, read, update and delete; it becomes a second feature if it needs a fourth screen, a second data model or a third-party integration. Sign-in, subscriptions, hosting, analytics and an admin view are always included and never counted against your feature budget.
Both. Web is included in every package; iOS or Android is +$2,000, and both stores together is +$2,500 because one cross-platform build serves them. For mobile, the delivery date is the date we submit to the store — review times are set by Apple and Google and are outside anyone's control.
You get a 14-day warranty free: anything inside the agreed scope that does not work as specified, we fix. After that the Care Plan is $299 a month for hosting, uptime monitoring, security updates, bug fixes and up to two hours of small changes a month — or you can take the code and run it yourself. There is no lock-in either way.
Tell us on the call — larger builds still get a flat price and a fixed date, just quoted individually instead of off the standard menu.
Fifteen minutes about your business. No idea required, nothing charged here. If it’s a fit, the fixed quote lands within 48 hours.
