We are not tied to one tool. We choose the stack around the product, the integrations and what your team will need after launch. That may include Lovable, Cursor or custom development.
Yes. You receive the source code and access to the technical accounts created for the product. We choose the simplest suitable architecture and explain its limits before development begins.
We agree on the scope, assumptions, exclusions and milestone cost before kickoff. If the scope changes, we explain the effect on price and timing before the extra work begins.
Quality is reviewed throughout the build. We test the agreed user flows, check the product across its target devices and browsers, resolve release-blocking issues and include QA in the delivery scope.
You receive a clear point of contact, milestone updates and reviews of working progress. Decisions and scope changes are documented so you can see what is happening and what comes next.
We only commit to a deadline after reviewing the scope, dependencies and access requirements. When timing is fixed, we reduce the first-release scope instead of quietly removing testing.
The sprint is not a fit for a large multi-role platform, extensive legacy integrations or a product that still needs open-ended discovery. We will recommend a different scope or timeline when the work cannot be delivered responsibly in two weeks.
Every proposal defines the post-launch support period. We can also continue with monitoring, fixes and later releases under a separate support plan when the product needs ongoing work.
